First registration

Ownership documents of the land: legalized copies;

Fiscal certificate: original or legalized (at City Hall);

Role certificate: original or legalized (at City Hall);

Marriage certificate: legalized (if applicable);

Street nomenclature (certificate with the correct address of the property): original or legalized (at City Hall);

Owner bulletin: copy;

Extract plot plan or land frame (for lands located outside city limits)
